FastPlan is delivered in two different versions, (1) A five year detailed monthly financial plan including balance sheet calculations and monthly cash flow forecasts, and/or (2) A quick fast 10 year plan developer which summarizes the outcome of your forecast assumptions (which you can change of course) in a simple table overview.

The 10 year plan templates provide an ultra quick way to generate a ten year forecasts. Combining with three Loan Note repayment tables, year end declining loan balances and annual interest payable for loan financings are transferred directly into your ten year summary presentation.
